I spent a weekend there with my girlfriend from Canada and we couldn't have been happier. The place was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything that you could need. As others have said, all you need to bring is food. It is a very quaint little A-frame with a private balcony off the bedrooms. Perfect little place for a weekend get-away or just some time in the hills away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Evergreen is a great little town with a cute little downtown with shops and restaurants. I will most definitely be renting from Michael again. Highly recommended. Your friend in Denver
